We have a new couch in the form of an "L". So this is much more comfortable to relax, watch TV or enjoy the evening at open balcony.
In addition we installed to heaters so in colder winter times you can also relaxe in our apartment.
By the way, have you been in winter or at Sylvester in Krk?
